Boot Stitching

TSR has been doing repairs not only for pros and colleges but also for players in high school all the way down to mites. When it comes to making your equipment look and function list new, no one has the skills and equipment to do it better that TSR - whether it is: repairing skates, repairing gloves, reconditioning golaie pads, or any other sporting equipment.

Blade Work

TSR Specializes in sharpening and blade repair. Our custom sharpening lets all skaters, specify individual preferences for hollow, radius and profile. We do blade mounting and alignment. Proper blade alignment is crucial to good perfomance. A properly aligned blade puts the skaters center of gravity directly over the blade, giving the skater quick, efficient control of both inside and outside edges. We replace runners and includes all new rivetes and remounting of the runner. Broken or loose rivets can lead to additional loose rivets and fatique of the holder. We can replace broken or rusted rivets on any brand of skate. We can replace new stainless blade and bolts/nuts as well.

Heal Lifts

The heal lift essentially is a wedge (3-millimeters) that is custom fabricated by a skate technician to change the pitch of the skate. It is a small plastic piece placed between the heel of the skate and the holder to ptch the skater forward into a more aggressive stance.

Punching

Reshaping boot to fit ankles, toes, arches, etc. Punch out room for calluses, blisters. Custom shaping the boot to fit the foot contour, so there are no pressur points or areas than can rub and cause blisters. Punching allows us to custom fit any skate.
